What’s included in the ongoing hosting fee?
Your monthly fee keeps your site running smoothly on a fast, reliable Google-powered setup. It includes Google SSL certificates for security, a Google load balancer for performance, and a Google CDN for lightning-fast loading worldwide. I also handle regular backups, security updates, and easy maintenance through my straightforward website builder. You get a professional, high-performance site without the tech headaches.
Do I need to provide content and photos?
Yes — you’ll provide text and images where possible (it helps keep costs down and makes the site truly yours). I can advise on what’s needed and recommend simple tools or even help with basic copy tweaks.
What if I need changes after the site is live?
I include free bug fixes and minor adjustments for 30 days after launch. For bigger changes, we can work on an hourly or package basis — I keep things simple and transparent.
Is the price fixed or are there hidden costs?
The price you see is the fixed project cost. No surprise fees. Ongoing hosting is optional but recommended. Everything is discussed upfront during your 15-minute call.
What kind of support do I get?
I’m a one-person operation, so I don’t offer 24/7 monitoring — but I’m very responsive and usually reply quickly, especially for emergencies. You’ll get direct access to me for any questions or issues that come up.
What payment options are available?
Flexible options to suit you: small deposit to start (as listed above), with the balance on launch. I can also discuss monthly payment plans if needed. Your success matters more than a big upfront payment.
How long does it take to build my website?
Most Landing Pages and Starter sites are completed in 2–4 weeks. Full Websites usually take 4–6 weeks. Shopify stores can take 5–8 weeks depending on the number of products. I’ll give you a clear timeline during our call.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Absolutely! You can start with a Landing Page or Starter and upgrade to a Full Website or Shopify store anytime. I’ll credit a portion of what you’ve already paid toward the upgrade.
What deposit do I need to get started?
To make it easy and low-risk for you to begin, I only require a small deposit:
• Landing Page: $400 deposit
• Starter Website: $650 deposit
• Full Website: $900 deposit
• Advanced Shopify Store: $1,500 deposit
The balance is due on completion. This keeps your upfront commitment light while I get started on your custom site.
Do you work with businesses outside Brisbane?
Yes! I work with clients all over Australia (and internationally). Most of the process happens online via calls, email, and a shared project board, so location isn’t an issue.
