This policy covers icewolfdesigns.com.au and related pages I run (including demo sites I control).

What I collect

When you contact me or book a chat

Name, email, phone, business name, website address, and whatever you put in the form or on the call. I use this to reply, quote, and do the work.

When you are a client

Project notes, photos, logos, copy, domain and email details, invoices, and login details you give me for the job. I use these to build, launch, and support the site.

Automatically

When you visit the site, Google Analytics may record pages viewed, time on site, rough location (city/region, not a street address), device, browser, and how you arrived (including from an ad). I use this to see what is working. I do not sell this data.

I run ads on social platforms (including Meta — Facebook and Instagram) and may use Google ads. Those platforms may set a cookie or similar so they can tell if an ad was seen or clicked, and so I can see which ads lead to a visit or enquiry. Their own privacy policies apply to how they use that data.

Cookies

The site uses cookies for:

remembering basic site behaviour
Google Analytics
ad measurement (Meta and similar)

You can block cookies in your browser. The site will still load. Analytics and ad measurement will be less accurate.

Who I share it with

Only what is needed to run the business:

Google (Analytics, and ads if used; hosting on Google Cloud)
Meta and other ad platforms I use
email and booking tools I use to reply and schedule chats
a domain registrar, if you buy a domain or email through a partner I set up for you

I don’t sell your details. I may disclose them if the law requires it.

Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including the United States.

How long I keep it

Enquiry records: as long as needed to follow up, then no longer than I need for tax and records (usually up to 7 years for invoices).

Analytics: as set in Google Analytics.

Client project files: for the life of the hosting relationship, then a reasonable period after, unless you ask me to delete what I can.

Email hello@icewolf.io to ask what I hold about you, or to correct it. I will respond within a reasonable time.

Email me first. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner: oaic.gov.au

Changes

I will update the date at the top when this policy changes.
